2008 will be Ed Getty’s 9th year of Legend racing competition in the Northeast series.
He has competed both in the NELCAR tour events and Beech Ridge Speedway Thursday Thunder series.
Ed’s racing history features his highest year end finish, 2nd place in the tour in 2004, and 3rd place in the Thursday Thunder series in 2005.
Ed’s feature victories total five, including 3 first place finishes in 2005.
He races two cars, a 1934 Ford Sedan, Henry, the primary car; and a ’37 Chevy Sedan, Missy, as a back-up car.
Ed is the owner/driver, and appreciates his crew chief, Karen, who has contributed to several of his feature wins!
